Ousley's injuries were moderate. Ousley was taken by Dixon Ambulance to Phelps County Regional Medical Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Buick Rendezvous driven by Casey Ousley was total. It was towed from the crash scene by Davis Towing.
