Day's injuries were moderate. Day was taken by Andrew County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care of Saint Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2011 Toyota Tundra was extensive and it was towed from the crash scene by Collision Repair of Saint Joseph.
